Renting a property in a foreign country is a wonderful experience, below you will find most frequently asked questions about the necessary procedures.
Question 1.
Will I have to pay a Damage Deposit?
A damage deposit is required to protect suppliers or accommodation owners against accidental breakages, loss, damage, unpaid local charges etc. The damage deposit required for each accommodation is shown on the confirmation of booking. The sum must be sent by a separate cheque which won't be banked unless a fault as listed is incurred. Your cheque will be refunded as soon as we've been advised to do so by Housekeeping or any other supplier. This may take two to four weeks after your departure.
We're happy to assist you in your special requests. These should be clearly noted on the booking form or in writing to us well in advance of your arrival, once the booking has been made. We cannot guarantee they will be met but will endeavour to pass them on to the supplier(s) concerned. Cots, highchairs and extra beds are available on request for a charge and should be clearly stated on your booking form.
Question 4.
Does each property have a maximum number of guests that can stay?
Yes. Usually the maximum occupancy is indicated on the property descriptions. In some cases an extra bed can be supplied subject to space being available in the chosen property.
Question 5.
Are the prices shown on the website listed per person?
No. The rental price shown is for the entire property per week. Prices are shown in Euros. If you wish to pay in sterling the correct exchange rate will be shown on the confirmation of booking form that day.
