Knight Frank has expanded its global sales network with the launch of two new representative agents in Portugal and the Caribbean.
In the British Virgin Islands, Smiths Gore will further expand Knight Frank’s presence in the Caribbean, which already includes Mustique, Barbados and the Cayman Islands. Smiths Gore has an excellent knowledge of the British Virgin Islands, since opening its office in 1965.
The addition of Prime Properties in the Central Algarve will bridge a gap between the existing offices in Lisbon (commercial) and the Western Algarve. Prime Properties has 10 years experience, it’s main area of operation is ‘The Golden Triangle,’ which incorporates the resorts of Vale de Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Quinta do Mar.
Paddy Dring, head of international residential, Knight Frank, said, “The new representatives cover areas that have been recognised by their strong demand from both UK buyers, as well as international. For buyers and sellers alike we remain committed to improving our services in such locations which are important part of our core market.”
