Prime Properties produce a comprehensive and professional sales package in readiness of marketing your property. This will include:

• Cross-reference against our database and mailing to clients seeking a similar property
• Promotion on our web site
• Display in our office windows and in each local office portfolio
• Advertising in any appropriate media outlets
• Circulation of the property details to our affiliated agents in the UK, Ireland and Holland

When you and the purchaser have agreed on the price, then it should be up to the legal representative of the purchaser to draw up the promissory agreement. You are only committing yourself to sell the property when you have signed this agreement and your legal representative has received the deposit.

Fees

For a successful sale to a client introduced through Prime Properties Group we charge a commission rate of 5% (plus IVA on this at the current rate). Unless otherwise agreed in advance this always includes all marketing costs associated with your property. When your legal representative receives the final settlement we then request that our commission is paid directly to us either by cheque or bank transfer.
